Three years in the making, this complicated merger was more than just spreadsheets and logistics - it was emotional and close to the heart of everyone involved. At the risk of losing thousands of patients to the competitors, Mercy Health wanted to show the region that the professionals they worked with before, were even better equipped as a part of Mercy Health.

LaineGabriel wrote and directed a 30-second TV spot, along with associated print advertising and digital ads that showed the region and their thousands of patients that even though they all have a new team name, the doctors of Mercy Health Orthopedics and Sports Medicine are still all-stars.
