This multi-channel advertising campaign promoted Mercy Health's MyChart resource and the system’s commitment to making healthcare easier. The campaign ran in nine markets during January and March of 2014 to help explain the benefits of this web-based tool that provides patients with direct access to their medical information. It featured patient portraits in lifestyle situations such as grocery stores, ball games, soccer games, and libraries – patients going about their daily business with the knowledge that their Mercy Health doctor is there whenever they are needed.
