Teaming up to Get REAL! about loss prevention.

LaineGabriel helped educate the internal staff at Big Lots about policies, procedures, and loss prevention by putting a creative spin on the monthly internal collateral. Introducing Team Get REAL!

The goal was to present a trio of characters as a stylized, confident, and empowered group of individuals ready to tackle every aspect of loss prevention. The adventure began with an illustrated comic book and evolved into photographically-driven collateral featuring the Get REAL! characters. The creation of a two tone logo was developed to enhance the logo reminiscent of a Scout Badge – evoking the greater good. Monthly newsletters, leader’s guides, posters, quizzes and planograms kept the internal staff informed and empowered to do good all year long.
